Microvoice is a leading edge
technology company, specializing in providing mission
critical communications interoperability solutions since
1982. Microvoice currently offers leading edge Radio
Interoperability, VoIP Gateway and Digital Compression
solutions for the public safety, defense and wireless
service provider communications markets.
History of Microvoice
In 1987 Microvoice introduced
APEX, and industry leading telecom interoperability
product. APEX systems added advanced call processing, ACD
and IVR functionality to enterprise customer PBX, Call
Center and Centrex systems. Bell Operating companies and
over 100 interconnect dealers have installed in excess of
2,500 Microvoice APEX systems at Fortune 500 Companies,
Utilities, Universities and may State, Federal and local
government entities.
In 1994 Microvoice was awarded
a multi-year contract to supply the US Navy "Top Gun" and
the US Air Force Range Training sites with an advanced
voice communications command and control console system.
The system provided for GUI console control of intercom
and radio communications between multiple ground operators
and aircraft during training missions. Over 350 systems
were shipped to this contract.
By 2000, Microvoice had
expanded its product line to include VoIP and Digital
Compression. Leveraging its advanced technology,
Microvoice has become a leading supplier of highly
reliable radio interoperability, VoIP and Digital
Compression voice communication products to OEM
manufacturers and system integrators serving the defense
communications market.
Following 9/11, Microvoice
identified the Emergency Response Command and Control
market as exhibiting a wide gap between currently
available technology and the technology available at
Microvoice. Microvoice turned its attention to developing
superior solutions for the Emergency Response and Public
Safety communications markets, resulting in the Tiger
Radio Interoperability Gateway and the Constellation
command and control communications console server system.

most advanced, scalable, flexible, cost effective
solutions available for the Public Safety and Emergency
